we do not have wash care labels on our scarves. By this, we do not mean that
you can wash them as you feel like! Care must be taken when washing different materials.
If you are washing our Georgette scarves, they can be washed in the washing
machine at 30 degrees cold wash. All the rest of our scarves must be hand
washed as they are high quality Modal, Silk or Cashmere
(Damaged or not happy)
our dedicated team is hawk-eyed when it comes to quality check, there are
chances that there could be some defects that misses our eye.Please email us at
with information, proof of purchase and evidence. After having investigated, we
aim to get back within 3 days. Please email us the reason for requesting
a refund and we will email you back as soon as possible.

There are some rules to returning. If you wish to return an item for any
reason, it should be received by us within 7 working days for UK orders and
14 days for orders from overseas. We do not provide refunds for Jewellery due
to hygiene regulations unless they are damaged or unfit for purpose. Before
returning your item, please email us as soon as possible .
You shall be refunded
for the cost of the item but hold on….unfortunately you will be responsible for
the cost of returning the item to us. We cannot be held responsible for goods
lost or damaged in transit to us in which case we reserve the right to refuse a
refund and it will be your responsibility to seek compensation from the
carrier. For your protection we recommend you use a recorded-delivery service.
If we receive an item which was damaged whilst in your care or which has been
returned to us with stains, water stains, any kind of marks, or which emit body
odours or perfume scents, it will not be refunded. Please note that for
clothing items and scarves with swing tags, we cannot grant a refund if the
swing tag has been removed or re- attached in which case the item will be
returned to you with an extra postage cost. All jewellery items must be returned
in the gift box provided.
For all international returns, the package must be clearly
marked as a return. Failure to do so may result in a UK custom tax charge which will be
the responsibility of the customer to pay. When returning your parcel, it is
advisable to seek clear instructions from your postal service.
All items listed as defective, cannot be returned.
Please be aware that we cannot be responsible if an
incomplete or incorrect delivery address has been provided by the customer and
we have dispatched your parcel to that address. We can also not be held
responsible if you were not available to sign for the package and did not arrange
a redelivery during the 2 week time limit. In such cases, Royal Mail will mark
the package as undeliverable and return it back to us. All domestic parcels
could take 3- 4 weeks to be returned to us while International parcels could
take 2- 3 months. To have the item resent to the correct address (or same
address if the package was not called for), the customer must pay the postage
fee of £3.65. Alternatively, the customer can request to have a refund for the
order which will exclude the postage and packaging cost.
Admit it! (Colour and Size accuracy)
online is nowhere similar to shopping at a physical shop. Although our pictures
have been taken a few times to display the exact colour of the scarves, your
monitor setting might show you a different shade of the colour. All our
measurements are approximate sizes so , give and take an inch ,will you?
You may find that the colour of a specific product online will look different
on a Mac in comparison to a Dell. Lissome Collection cannot accept
responsibility for slight variances of the colours.

Nothing lasts for ever. All our items displayed on our
website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse orders
where the goods you ordered are not available even if we have confirmed
acceptance of your order. If we withdraw from the purchase agreement we will
immediately inform you of this and will fully refund the money paid by you for
the goods. Non-acceptance of an order may also result from our inability to
obtain authorization of your payment. If there are any problems with your order
we shall contact you. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a
third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing
or ordering from the website.
Mistakes do happen, should there be an error in the price of goods on the web
site, Lissome Collection reserves the right to supply goods at the correct
price and can exercise the right to cancel your order. Customers will be
notified by e-mail in such circumstances.

When ordering goods from Lissome Collection, for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as custom policies vary from country to country.
